Our approach to all visual analytics activities - from ad hoc analysis of simple data sets, to the implementation of application suites across multiple sites - follows a simple mantra:
Atheon Analytics approaches all consulting projects in a structured manner, following all six major phases in the process diagram below. The amount of detail, and time, spent on the activities within each stage will vary depending on the nature, scope, scale and deliverables of each project - but the essential framework and approach remains consistent.
The Atheon Analytics Methodology has been developed and refined across a wide range of visual analytics projects carried out of over five years. It has proven flexible, reliable and - most importantly - has enabled us to deliver many successful projects to our customers.
The approach is highly practical in nature, and ensures consistency on all projects:
